Quizzing your staff is a great way to acquaint them with a new system. In DSM’s case, their brand new rollout involved a customer feedback metric updated to inform sales results and brand loyalty, and they had to get the word out to relevant departments. Having your staff fill out a quiz is not exactly the toughest accomplishment – the true challenge is getting them to retain the information learnt. Since a combination of visual and auditory input has been proven to boost retention rates, presenting the quiz in the form of an animated video seemed the ideal option. The video above was split into different segments, which were then incorporated into an online quiz, making the learning experience fun, interactive, and consequently, more memorable for their staff.
